D-Bar is a non-wire coater bar which was developed by improving wire bar broadly used in film, paper, and glass industries.  OSG’s technology of manufacturing rolling dies has contributed to developing it.

Since this type of dies have no slots, there is no need to adjust the size.

[ new ] SUS-SD (Solid type round dies for stainless steel)

Adjustable round dies are the most common thread cutting dies.  It has a slot and a screw that enable to adjust the size.  OSG provides RD made of alloy tool steel and high speed steel.
 

TPD (for taper pipe threads) dies have no slot and provide stable thread cutting in heavy duty operations.  An adjustable type TPD (A-TPD) is also available.  SPD (for parallel pipe threads) dies are adjustable type only.
 

These chasers are used by Coventry die heads.
The tools achieve high performance because not only threads but other parts on the chasers are finished by grinding operation.

OSG trimming dies are made of high quality Molybdenum high speed steel, which has been cold-press fitted and heat-treated.  OSG also manufacture trimming dies for high tension bolts.
